The above rates include all fees (cleaning and hot tub fee) as well as state and local taxes. Most other sites will quote you a certain rate and then start adding various fees and taxes and before you know it you are paying a good bit more than their quoted rental rate.
A $200.00 security deposit is required to lock in your desired rental dates.
