Prices are all inclusive - includes cleaning and hot tub fees (hot tub is emptied and cleaned after every rental) as well as state and local taxes.
A $200.00 security deposit is required to reserve your rental dates and is refundable after you check out and no damages have occurred.
Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal for an additional 3% charge.
