Prices include state and local taxes, cleaning and hot tub fees (hot tub is emptied and cleaned after every rental).
A $200.00 security deposit is required to reserve your rental dates and is refundable after you check out and no damages have occurred.
We will consider a 2 night stay for a $50 extra charge
Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal for an additional 3% charge
No smoking inside the cabin
